Members Advocate and Player Liaison
Paul Hardie serves as the Members and Players Advocate for our club. This position is designed to streamline communication and ensure that all grievances, concerns, and discussions regarding Club issues are handled efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:

Grievance Handling: If any player, member, or parent has a grievance or wishes to discuss a Club issue without contacting the Club Committee directly, Paul Hardie will be available to assist.

Issue Resolution: Paul will act as the primary point of contact for any player wishing to raise issues with a Coach or the Committee.

Communication: Ensuring that all concerns are communicated to the relevant parties and followed up appropriately.
